Cozy Space Spucer is all about customization. I provide a proposal based on your specific needs and budget.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION FEE (STARTING AT $100)

The first step of the design process is the on-site or virtual consultation.

It includes:

• A Walk-Thru
• Design Proposal
• Color Scheme Selection
• 3D Rendering ($100 additional)

Consultation Fee: $100 and up

DESIGN FEE (STARTING AT $500)

My design fee is fair and comprehensive.

It includes:

• Vendor Project Management
• Furniture Procurement (if needed)
• Accessory Procurement (if needed)
• On-site Décor Execution

Design Fee: $500 and up

Furniture and Décor Sourcing (VARIES BASED ON BUDGET)

Based on my walk-thru of your space, I will determine what items are needed for the project. I will ​purchase pieces that are cost-effective and appropriate for your setting.

Cozy Space Sprucer offers vacant and occupied home staging services. Home staging is a highly ​effective way to attract potential buyers with stylish, yet universal furnishing. It helps buyers visualize ​how to maximize the home and define open-concept areas.

What’s the Cozy Space Sprucer home staging process?

I will conduct a walk-thru of your property and determine what furniture and décor items are needed ​for the project. Staging items will be transported to the property, arranged and staged to be ready for ​photography and showings. Staging rental is for 30-day increments.
